When I was in a very overwhelming and confusing time, unable to keep my house or life in order, Tamara held the torch and guided me through it. She gave me clear and direct advice that equipped me with exactly what i needed to  be able to take action, and it helped so much that by the time of our next appointment and since then, though not everything has been solved, I've been now moving through my life challenges with dignity, grace and a clear focus to get through it. If not for our conversations, I'd likely still be in days-old underwear, fishing out dirty forks from between the couch cushions.

Tamara is a natural leader who makes teaching and building community look easy. I learnt so much about myself while attending her Big Picture classes about philosophy and communication in 2012 at the Little Fernwood School of the Arts Centre. Tamara created a safe place for our group to open up and explore new ideas and ways of being. Her empathy, humour and passion for what she taught us made our time together transformational. I also saw Tamara in 2020 for one on one sessions. She  is a brilliant listener and engaged me with thought provoking two way discussionst that made me feel seen and heard. Tamara is an intelligent, mulifaceted facililitator who has coached me in my business life and personal life to be a more open minded, productive and confident entrepreneur.
